follow Janet McTeer does an impressive job with the narration and the voice changes. LaPlante is an excellent writer, well paced, good characters, good dialogue and interesting, complex plots. This is a good series as is the Lorraine Page trilogy. The book is fast-paced, very detailed, suspenseful and exhausting to read.
